Tenant PII and conversation history stored in AWS us-east-1. No cross-region replication without explicit customer opt-in.
All data encrypted with AES-256 at rest. TLS 1.2+ enforced for all API and webhook traffic.
Property-scoped permissions ensure regional managers, leasing agents, and maintenance coordinators only see data for their assigned portfolio.
All inbound webhooks (Twilio, ElevenLabs, SendGrid) are validated via HMAC signatures before processing. Replays and spoofed payloads are rejected.
